AJ Bir
President and CEO
Mr. Bir is President & C.E.O. of Tetherball, LLC. He is responsible for the strategic direction and operating results of the company. Drawn to the emerging opportunities in mobile marketing space, Mr. Bir will provide guidance to Tetherball from his previous experiences with other ventures. In addition to Tetherball, Mr. Bir also holds Executive positions and sits on the board with other companies.
Mr. Bir is a graduate of the University of North Carolina – with a B.A. in Political Science and History.
Matthew Lesher
Vice President and CFO
Matthew graduated from the Kelly School of Business-Indiana University Bloomington in May of 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Business and from the Maurer School of Law-Indiana University Bloomington in May of 2005 with a Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is admitted to the Indiana Bar. Matthew was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana and currently resides in Carmel, Indiana with his wife and two children.
Tom Bailey
VP, New Product Development
Tom has been around the block several times by being on the ground floor of multiple high-growth technology companies providing software development leadership for large-scale commercialized applications. At ChaCha Search, Tom led the initiative to engineer the second generation mobile answers platform which has generated well over 100 million answers at a rate of 35 per second. At Baker Hill (now Experian), Tom was responsible for overseeing software development of the first commercially available SaaS loan origination platform. With over 25 years of experience, Tom has been part of teams large and small both here in Indiana and as far away as Australia. Tom tries not to keep his head in the computer screen all the time by running around the soccer fields with his wife and two kids.
Brandon Baltz
Director of Sales and Marketing
Brandon brings 15+ years of experience in marketing and advertising sales from Buffalo Wild Wings, Comcast, Valpak, Reach Magazine, and the Indianapolis Colts, as well as owning and operating his own advertising agency Sideline Communications Company. Brandon attended Noblesville High School and Indiana University. He is the proud father of 3 children… Rheagan, Jackson, and Ramsey. He enjoys golf, music, and doesn’t sit still very well.

Chase may be young, but he is already an accomplished entrepreneur and technology developer. His patent pending application, Thingamalist has been featured as one of the top web applications for iPhone® by Apple Inc®. Chase is responsible for developing the cutting edge analytic technology that Tetherball uses, and continues to work on teams where his uncanny ability to bring teams together to accomplish complex goals is put to use. But don't let all this serious stuff fool you. You'll never find Chase without a smile.
Kat Taylor
Associate Director of Sales and Marketing
Kat Taylor has a knack with words. Her expansive vocabulary comes from reading many signs, books, and operating manuals during her childhood. (Subtext: Her parents outlawed cable television in the home.) When not shocking her friends with $10 words, Kat has a unique ability to make clients feel like family. With her logistics mind, attention to the smallest detail, and previous experience in launching new initiatives and managing projects from concept to implementation phase, the big winners are our clients. Prior to joining Tetherball, Kat was with the Indianapolis Colts and the Indiana University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics Varsity Club. When not growing her mobile dynasty, Kat enjoys a good laugh, a catchy tune, or a memorable adventure.
Casey Fisher

Growing up in Birmingham, Alabama, Casey acquired a love for computers from her mother. She further explored her interest in technology at Indiana University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Informatics with a minor in Telecommunications. Graduating with honors in May 2011, she dove head first into the mobile marketing industry when she joined the Tetherball team. Casey loves travelling and has visited numerous countries around the world, but she'll never forget her southern roots. Roll Tide y'all.
